Meet Dawn Barclay

I have successfully spent the past 15 years successfully marketing and selling homes in the Lower Hudson Valley and will soon cover Northern New Jersey as well. This follows 20 years working in sales, marketing and journalism. I have been an award-winning writer and an award-winning Real Estate Agent.

I specialize in niche marketing as well as homes that other agents/owners could not sell. The beauty of working with me is that I have an expanded market base so if a home in one neighborhood doesn't work, I can suggest another. I hold a dual major in Marketing and Psychology from SUNY, after spending the first two years at Tufts University.

I am active in the Rockland County community, a proud member of both the Rockland Business Association and the Rockland Business Women's Network. I donate time, energy and resources to Meals on Wheels as well as Rebuild Hi-Tor (Animal Shelter).

Through CADRE, I have negotiated special discounts pertaining to home buying, selling, renovations and maintenance for those who help the community (non-profit workers, teachers, health care professionals, teachers, firefighters, police officers, military and veterans.

A Little About Dawn…Associate Broker Dawn M. Barclay, GRI joins Century 21 Full Service Realty with 25 years of "Selling the Unsold Home" under her belt. She specializes in working with sellers who were unable to sell on their own or through less experienced REALTORS®. She created the "Traveling Home Show" concept where open houses become a one-stop shop for buyers looking to meet real estate lawyers, mortgage professionals, contractors, and other vendors. Dawn also enjoys forming long-term relationships with buyers and making their dream of affordable home ownership come true. She is a graduate of Leadership Rockland and holds the esteemed GRI designation. When not working with buyers, sellers, renters, and investors throughout the Hudson Valley, she rescues shelter dogs, plays competitive trivia (Go Penguins!), and writes novels as D.M. Barr and nonfiction books and magazine articles under her own name.
